Q: Determining genital warts by appearance

I am worried I may have HPV in other words Genital Warts. Is there any way that you could describe what the warts may look like?

Determining genital warts

Current medical status: Pain during sexual intercourse was the first sign of an issue. Now tiny bumps near anus like extra skin almost.

Genital warts are caused by the Human Papilloma Virus. They usually appear in clusters. The skin is not inflamed, so a redness and white tops are not characteristic for genital warts. The dimensions can vary, but the warts are usually several millimetres long. You might want to look for photos on the net or in dermatologic atlases, if available, because the look is very characteristic and they are easily recognized if seen before.

Of course, you might want to visit a dermatologist just to be sure.
