Ovulation and Ovaries Answer A6820

The ovulation date is calculated when you subtract fourteen days from the expected start of your next period. Assuming that your period was supposed to be regular, if you did not conceive, you should have the next menstrual period begin on November, 7, 2008. When subtracting fourteen days, you have the most probable date of conception which is October, 24, 2008.

However, this is true only if your menstrual period was supposed to last 28 days, which cannot be known since you conceived. Therefore, the DNA test is the only method and test that can determine for sure who the father is.

You might want to talk to your gynecologist for additional information.
