I am a male and have had two surgeries to remove breast nodules, the last 1 there was a concern for breast cancer but it turned out it was not, what is the best way to detect breast cancer, i.e. diagnostic testing or any other way other than feeling for the lumps.

Thank you.

Physical examination of breasts, still, is the easiest way to find the first symptoms of breast problems.
It is very possible that you are developing benign tumors, or you have gynecomastia, a common condition where man has breast swelling, a tender mass or painful breast tissue.
Patients with gynecomastia, rarely have a breast tumor.
Since, breast cancer is exceedingly rare in men, use of mammograms for breast cancer screening in men, is not necessary.
Before a breast lump is exceeded, your physician can perform a ultrasound examination of breast tissue after the physical exam.
