Hi jocecharm,

Purchase some support hoses and wear them while at work. When you get home elevate your feet high above your heart for 30 minutes. You probably have varicrose veins which are very painful when they burst. Look at your leggs and see if you have some protruding, swollen, bluish or dark purplish veins...they look like they want to burst. If so go see a doctor just to be sure. Is there anyway you can purchase you a really good mat to stand on or request one from the manager? Most medical supply stores have them.

Good Luck,

Faded Rose
