you want to loose weight but you talk about nutrition and wheat/whole grain.
if you live with me you will difinately gain weight. dont starve yourself i tired that and i lost weight. so your thinking wrong.
this is bad to say but i used to eat everything fried...french fries fired chicken, fried pork chops. eating carbohydrates will really blow you up like mashpotaotes, mac cheese, rice a roni, any kind of starch. and eating at fast food resturants.
ive gained 20-30 pounds in two years living in florida. when i get off the bus im surrounded by fast food resturnats. mcdonalds had a summer special hambrugers for 69cents. i would eat one on my way home.
when i m depressed i think about food, i eat it as it comforts me, and that's why i gained so much weight.
i was on the depo shot and it made me hungery all the time. i would eat dinner at 5pm and im hungry afterwards, i would eat again at 12-1 or 2am in the morning.
i've gained that weight so fast, i had problems with my period, i have high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
so theres your double edge sword.
