Q: Depresssed and hard of breathing

yes i have not been able to sleep for over5 days now and ima realy depressed aand idk if i sould go see a doctor about it or what can u help me please i never felt like this befor in my life time ima 23 male

I hope you feel better by the time this message reaches you. I think you should go see a specialist. He can put you on medication for some time, if you need it. You can try over the counter sleeping pills, they sell them at pharmacies. They work great for me. Good luck.
