Depressive disorders
Posted: 05-02-08 06:05am

I have been suffering from depression for over a year and a half ago and the medication I am on is 50 mg of steraline. At the moment I am not feeling my usual self.
I was just wondering as part of my depression Is it right to feel that I don't exist and seem right distance.
I never felt like this before and I was just wondering if there is anything I can do to help myself.

It might not make sense but at least I tried to explain
please help.

Feeling like you don't exist or “not feeling my usual self” can be found in depressive disorders. You can continue taking antidepressants and visiting a psychotherapy course.
