It is funny people would think I am a happy go lucky person, especially the ones i work with, but at home switch moods like that, I go from really happy to almost crazy mad within seconds, I don't like this. It has kinda improved since the taking wellbrutin but still it kinda scares me, I dont want to be like that. I know it sounds really bad that I can control it at work but I dont I just hide and cry sometimes and I have lately gotten mad a couple of times. What can i do? Should i tell the doctor is my problem really depression or is it bipolar?

Definately tell the doctor. I'm not going to say it's one or the other because I'm not quite sure. It may be something completely different. go speak to a doctor and get a proper diagnosis.
