Hi Sfreeman and welcome to ehealth: Grief or heartache is the nearest I can come that would be an answer, yet this depends on what the person has a hard time accepting...This could involve friendship or the loss of a loved one...I think one of the most important things for you to do is to talk about this with someone...Sometimes it is much easier letting go with words to a person with an open mind as your listener...Sure, you are showing that part of yourself that is vulnerable, but nobody is perfect and letting go is hard....

If it is a personal challenge, then why give up?....Otherwise, move on...Pick up the pieces of life and try again...I wish you well...Take care...

its been a year and i cant

i feel the same the love of my life dumped me tooo be single, i had a rebound got pregant had an abortion and literally all my mates abadoned me i am alone 24/7 whats there to live for i have tried to sort it sooo much whats the point i want my life back ive given up now i cant cope anymore
