Hi. I am single asian woman who fell inlove with single Saudian man. Been months I am trying to figure out something wrong with him and he is not happy as he use to be. 2 days ago he cant control anymore and told me everything. His family is arranging the marriage for him and he cannot do anything. This is something cultural and religion matters that we cant do anything. We are still talking and on process on how we help each other better person and be good friends. We are both depressed, suffering from anxiety, headache, vommitting, we cant eat and sleep. How can we help each other to accept everything if we are both depressed.

It may be initially difficult, but if you continue to keep in touch and meet regularly, then it would be difficult for you to let go and you will always be depressed.

Since there is no future in the relationship, you should seek a clean break (avoid meeting each other regularly), and you should concentrate on your career or take a break and leave on a vacation, which can help you get back on your feet. You will eventually meet someone else, who can help you live a full life.
