hi

i am 21 year old male, studying pharmacy at university and somtimes i feel a bit down it occurs maybe once every 2 weeks. it is not without cuase, it seems that when i start thinking about the future i get scared of what road to take. same with relationships somtimes i feel good other times i dont feel that close to my gf. recently i also have gone out less as my friends arent very active people. i tried tut its not easy to make new friends.

i think when i do activities i feel good and satisfied but when i'm just hanging at home with nowhere to go i feel miserbale mostly when its a nice day an i wish to be doing some other stuff with poeple.

I also feel the need to spend time with my guy friends as i am mostly with my gf, but somtimes she feels upset as she says i am not caring for her.

dunno maybe just depressed or worry excessively.
