I hate myself and often have trouble in
the morning getting started. I feel its
not worth it anymore.

I know how hard it can be to get up in the
morning and find a reason to carry on.
However, this is something that helped me
and maybe it will help you too.
Is there anything small and special that
you particularly like? For me, its (I
know this is lame) The Glimore Girls and
cinnamon buns. I set my alarm 40 minutes
earlier. At the beginning of the week, I
bake cinnamon buns. I set my VCR to tape
episodes of the gilmore girls in the
daytime.
When it comes to rolling out of bed in the
morning, I feel slightly more motivated
and a little better knowing that I have a
show I really enjoy to get me going, and
my favorite treat for breakfast.
Is there anything that you enjoy doing
that will help motivate you to get going
in the morning?
