Q: Depression from physical activity

Hi everyone, I am a bit stumped with this one.
Everything I read tells me that physical activity helps stress anger and depression, but for myself I find the opposite. Physical activity makes me very upset, short tempered and sometimes even suicidal, normally I manage my depression symptoms pretty well but playing sports, gardening, house cleaning, anything physical really just makes something click and then I am sad or angry or both.
Any ideas? I have been googling this to no avail Sad

Do you maybe have negative associations with the things that you are doing that make you depressed? Maybe playing sports make you upset because you think about losing the game or how people play unfairly, or you are stressed because you want to win. Maybe cleaning the house make you upset because you think of how messy it used to be and how it will just get messy again, and gardening seems like a chore.

You try out different physical activities of things that you enjoy and don't have negative connotations with it. See if going on a lazy walk in the park might work.
