Hey everyone, I've been in and out of depression for a long time now. Its funny how it comes and goes. It's very hard to control. There are days where everything i think and feel goes great. But there are these most random days where i just can't shake this feeling of sadness and loneliness off of me. for example, yesterday i had one of them good days, i wanted to interact with people, I hung out with my friends. This morning, i woke up and i locked myself in all day. Feel free to give me some advice.

I'm not on any medication. I'm trying to get out of this slump without the drugs, but thanks though. I've gotten help from different people, but somehow i always end up where i started.. that's the thing that really frustrates me. I've been in and out of depression for 2 years also. Its just seems like my mind is my worst enemy. I just wish i can turn it off sometimes..
