Q: depression and vertigo ?

hello sir,
i am aarushi sharma, my mother is suffering from depression from last 3-4 months and now another thing has come up is vertigo. it been a month but mum dad are taking it as a cervical pain. can you please make me understand that is vertigo related to depression? which specialist should we consult?
curative measures to be taken....
