hi dr
i m also medical student and i have a patient of Multiple scelerosis since 5 years after steroids and interferon therapy my patient develops sever depression, weakness and trigeminal neuralgia pls priscribe me some medicines with trade names.

Prozac might help you on depression
Prozac might help you on depression.. Do some Yoga, exercise or meditation to decrease stress / depression level..

I'm not a doctor but when I see trigeminal i think that jaw bone may be involved and trying a splint is an easy and not dangerous way to verify this assertion !
