I feel like I can't breathe.
I have an essay due in and I can't concentrate. I feel like my lungs are being compressed. I constantly feel tired and I just couldn't care less.
Sometimes I just breakdown and cry and thats not like me. i'm usually emotionally strong.

I'm only 16, I should be happy. Is it the stress of college as this has only occured since I've started? It's only the one subject that's stressing me out.

what do I do?

Just try and relax.......talk 2 someone(as hard as it sounds...just do it) It will help u. i thinbk ur stressed which can lead to depression....college is a big step which means u have more work to do. Just speak to your tutor....it will really help u. Asking for a little help doesn't make you any less it will actually show that you're maturing and able to ask for help......which every one should be able to do. Good luck
