Q: depo shot expired

I AM SCARED!

My boyfreind and i have been together almost a year and a half now and things are going great. HOWEVER we are only 18 and deffinatly aren't ready for a child.

We went to florida over spring break (the end of march) and I accidentally let my DEPO expire Shocked

Well i didn't realize it untill planned parenthood called me and was like when are you coming in... well oo caca i have to waite 2 weeks and go back and pass a prego TEST well that was around april 1st april 19th i ended a light 4 day period and havn't had one since. Nor have i went to get another shot because having no sex for 2 days is hard for us let alone 2 weeks I have taken 2 cheap tests and they say negative. My boobs dont hurt but i am tired and my boobs are hard??

I am so confused... What should i do?

Wow! It's the worst whenever you are trying to prevent pregnancy from happening...and it happens anyways (maybe it was in God's plan!)! Anyways, don't panic! Can you go to your family doctor and get a blood test? I'm sure there is a free clinic near you...you can always go there for help:o) If you are pregnant, everything will be fine. My husband and I were only together for about 4 months when I got pregnant with our first child and I was only 18! Now, we've been married for 3 years and together for 4. Well, good luck to you...and let us know how it goes;o)

You didn't get another shot because of sex? Go to planned parenthood, tell them whats going on, they'll test you for pregnancy.

I was wondering that one myself...

I would rather go without sex for 2 weeks than get pregnant! And hello!!! What about condoms?????
