Hi.

I was on the depo injection for 4 years. my partner and i have decided to have another baby. I came off the injection on may the 11th 2009. i don't no how long im ment to wait until i should expect a period or any thing like that, i don't no what symptoms i should be experiencing i seen my GP when i decided to stopped my injection and he didn't really give me any help he just gave me folic acid. I've been having cramps,sickness,headaches been tired and moody. i don't no why any of this is, can any 1 help please??? Mad

Ive been on the deppo for 2 years came off it in dec 08 and trying to conceive. Ive heard u can get these types of side effects post deppo although i havent experienced any myself. My periods came back about 3 months after last injection was due but are irregular still. They say it can take up to 18months to completely get out of ur system and for periods to settle down but everyone is different. Hope this helps Smile
