Am I Pregnant Answer A33794
Hello

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

Deposhots are hormonal preparations and after coming off the shots the conception time varies in every individual. It can take few moths to a year to conceive depending on how early the menstrual cycle is regularised and normal ovulation process starts.
There is nothing which can help to conceive early.

If your menstrual cycle has been regularised then possibility of conception is high.Keep having regular intercourse doing ovulation or fertile days.Have healthy balanced diet and avoid smoking and alcohol.Take adequate rest and relax yourself avoiding any kind of stress.

You can also consider visiting a Gynaecologist for evaluation and Hormonal analysis to rule out any underlying issue.

Take care!
