how often should u buff and polish ur teeth because i am from south africa and here every dentist has a different story Please Help!!

You should get your teeth cleaned once every 6 months...and get checked for cavities and other potential problems.

Its actually every 3 months or 4 times a year due to the evolution of our daily diet which are mostly processed.
