Q: Dent above anus

Hi there. (I am not sure this is in the right catagory...)

I recently discovered that I seem to have a small dent/hole just above my anus and from it runs a purple/reddish line up between my buttocks.

I don't know if I should be nervous because of this, there is no pain or anything like that.

All help and comments welcome.
