no it will not...it takes many women more than 1 pack of pills before they can successfully skip a period...so starting the pill just to skip your period will not work...if you're trying to skip periods or have less of them then i'd look into sesonale...these are birth control pills and you take them in a way so that you only have 4 periods per year..i've heard its kinda pricey though
