Q: Delay Mensturation

I usually have my periods in a 26th day frquency. Last month I had my period on 24th day. It was spotting for two days and from thrid day it was the normal flow but it was shorter.This month 26th days has passd but i a yet to have my period although I am having all my normal PMS. What can be the reason for the delay, am i pregnant?
