Q: delaing period on Jolivette

I'm just starting Jolivette, but don't know how (if possible) to delay my period. The packet says that all the pills contain the same medicine (so there is no placebo week etc), so I'm a bit confused

I can't take estrogen pills, so apparently this is the only option, so any information at all would be great. Thanks!!!

You can't.

Pop's don't have any control over your period, it will come at it's regular cycle. If you want to control your period, you have to take something with estrogen in it. (That's not an option for some women, including me!!)

You can't . . .
You were right Georgia, I got ahold of my doctor finally, and it's not possible. Sad!

Sorry! I know, it sucks. I dealt with the same issue for quite a while.

jolivette ?
28 year old female with recent high blood pressure problems. I am being advised to get off of the combo pill and try jolivette for my blood pressure problem to see if it helps. I have not had kids, breast fed, etc. Most forums I find on the internet are new mothers taking jolivette. Ladies who might be on jolivette for other health conditions and have not had kids, I would love some input on how it has affected your lives!

Hi Bethanyhoney22,
I just started taking Jolivette a couple months ago (transitioned from Yaz to avoid taking estrogen). What I have found so far is my cycle is now erratic, didn't realize this was a side effect of the POP. I've never had kids either and have been told my blood pressure is high. Have you found that the Jolivette is helping to reduce your blood pressure?
