I am 25 years old. I had a baby last March and ever since then my back hasn't been the same. I could not even lift her the first few months. Finally after a lot of dr. visits, they decided to do an mri.

My results came back that I have 3 levels of Degenerative Disc Disease, L1-L4 discs are bulging as well as c5 (but its worse in lower back), spinal stenosis and the early stages of kyphosis.

I go to my first appointment with my new back specialist and I am scared. Scared yet relieved to know that hopefully I will get the treatment that I need....I dont know what to expect, can someone please help?!
