Multiple symptoms: Defecating 5-7 times a day, mostly in the morning. Tightness in the throat, which only goes away after vomiting. Sharp pains in right side of chest, hasn't been happening recently but was an issue for a long time.

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Your symptoms appear to be indicating to be due to gastritis and / or acid reflux esophagitis.

You might use antacids like tums or mylanta to relieve your symptoms of nausea, and acid reflux.

If they are persisting , consult a doctor for a examination and appropriate treatment.
