I have deep ridges in both thumb nails. is this a nutritional issue? all of my other nails have grown in normally and i never really noticed this until recently. my husband asked me what was wrong with my thunb nail. he said it looked like i smashed it on something. they do not hurt and i was never concerned but i am curious to know what happened to them?
