For the past few weeks, I have been experiencing a dull pain in the underside of my penis where it meets my body each time I ejaculate. There is a hard spot in the same location that I experience the pain, and the pain some times radiates from the base to the head of my penis. It seems like there is resistance preventing the release of semen from occurring. It takes longer for the semen to actually be expelled from my penis with less force then normal, and I ejaculate a much smaller amount of fluid than normal. I saw a urologist a week prior to when the pain, and he said that I have a varicocele. I am reluctant to go back and see him after such a short amount of time. Could the pain be related to his diagnosis?
