For the past two years my physical health has been declining and no one knows why. I have had chest pains that wrap around to my shoulder and down my back and rib cage. I went to the Er and they noticed a low heart rate and blood pressure but said it was stress. I get pains in my left leg also mostly in my calf. I have nerve pain in my face that is being treated with Tegretol. I feel tired and weak a lot. I feel like I have the flu lots of the time. I get very depressed because I cannot function and nobody is helping to find out whats wrong, I am giving up on doctors. They say I have Fybromyalgia but I do not always hurt in the spots it is supposed to. I am at the end of my rope. I have four kids and all I want to do is stay in bed and cry cus of how bad I feel and how less of a mother it make me to them.
A few other things that are going on is , hair loss, memory loss and a foggy, irritable, confused feeling. Kinda like I don't know what to do with my self even though I do know. It is hard to explain. But I so need help in finding out what is wrong with me?

With fibromyalgia...not all spots will ache all the time...it will come and go and it is related to certain foods.

Have you seen a neurologist? Just so that other things can be ruled out.

Back to fibro...I was dx'd many years ago and suffered terribly...pain is no more as I changed my diet to eat foods that do not cause inflammation...think about it...inflammation starts in the digestive tract and from there migrates...

I have said mentioned this several times in different posts but it is the truth. Ice cream will cause great discomfort so I know if I have it that I will be painful for a few days...so the question is...pain or no pain..ice cream or not...

If it is truly fibro...you CAN get your life back...I did.
