Q: Debilitating chronic migraines

I am a 27 year old mother, who is suffering with consis tant pain on both sides of my temples. i have been on so much medications but i get no sense of relief. my pain from 0-10 is at a ten and doctors have told me that there isn't much that they can do anymore. I have suffered with headaches since i have been twelve, but for the pastseven years the pain has gotten so severe that it dibilitates me. I .please need help.

I have also had headaches for many years (40 years) since you have taken so many meds, could it be rebound type headache? many times we take meds, they become less effective so we have to take more, and before you know it and without your knowledge your meds are actually causing the headache, its almost like your body is addicted to the med and as a result, your body manifests a headache and you feed it the meds. I have had rebound headaches before, the only way out is to use no meds for at least three months, nothing over the counter either ie. tylenol, asprin etc...
