You can overdose from alcohol, it's alcohol poisoning. Or could have been a heart attack.

Alcohol raises blood pressure...Eating heavy added to this...My Father ate dinner and two hours later was drinking boiler makers....This being beer with shot of whiskey on the side.....He dropped dead at 59 years old...Never uttered another word....Not vastly overweight, but a week end drinker....
