According to the symptoms you provided, you might be experiencing constipation. Constipation is a condition in which a person experiences hard feces that are difficult to expel. The feces need a certain amount of water in order to be formed regularly. In constipation the absorption of water in the large intestine is big enough to interfere with the volume of the feces, thus reducing the frequency of defecation. Slower bowel movement might also be responsible for constipation. Abdominal gasses might be present, too at this time.
You might want to try to take more dietary fibers. Taking more fluids might help you, too. If these methods do not help, usage of laxatives recommended by doctor might be helpful.
There are also other more serious causes for constipation. You might want to visit your family doctor and check if these causes are present if the above mentioned advice does not help at all.
