i've battled depression ever since i was 14 and im ..........thirty something.
in my younger years i just dealt with in, now i refuse to do so. i know i dont have to feel this way alone.
dont isolate yourself from your friends, you have to talk to someone about how you feel.
negative thoughts your having goes with being depressed. are you able to see a therapist? i write in a journal expressing my feelings which helps me a lot.
