I'm 25 yrs old and have always had irregular periods. My periods range between 28 and 34 days apart with a few that are longer going to 40 and 42 days apart. Since I'm so irregular I'm not sure how late my period is. All I know is that it has been 47 days since my last period and I have never been this late before. I'm not trying to conceive but there is the possiblity that I'am pregnant. I took a preg test on day 43 and it was negative. I waited a few more days to see if I would start my period and when I didnt I tested again (day 46) and it was still negative. I still havent stated and have no signs of it coming. I dont really have any signs of pregnancy other than my breasts are a little sore but nothing that noticable and I've been VERY fatigued for the past few days. I did experience some slight neusea for a couple of days but only after I ate. I havent been stressed or changed jobs or anything else that would cause you to miss your period so I dont have a clue as to what is going on. Could I still be pregnant? If not what else could it be?

I am in the almost identical boat. I am 25 as well and normally have my period between 30-32 days. The past 5 months, though, it has been 37-42 days. I am now on day 47 and haven't started my period and have taken 2 tests that have come out negative. I have no symptoms of my period coming. But I do have the same as you as far as my breasts being a little sore and some nausea every once in a while. I do not have anything particularly stressful going on. I know that it has been a month now for you. Did your period end up coming?

dont worry try once more with kit & thn see a doctor b safe
please be carefull .. why dont you take a doc appointment to double ensure.. usually the tests that v get overthe counter are good enough to detect the pregnancy hormone level in your body any ways lets hope for the best .. but just nsure that the kit you buy for test is being tested properly , like the first time you pee the next day thts important and in my case i could confirm my pregnancy with over the counter test kit .. so if u dont get positive results there are chances that your body is running a bit late.. it s just not good to let go of your instingts too so just be patient no strenous exersices or running around .. melow down eat healthy and wait and chk again if stillnunsure please consult a physicians advice.
