I had my period last week, which was maybe a day early. Then was over 5-6 days later, but 2-3 days later I noticed some light spotting. What could this mean?

Early Pregnancy Signs and Symptoms Answer A22698
Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Sometimes, you have retained blood inside (after periods) that comes out a few days later. If the spotting has stopped, do not worry. If you have other symptoms associated (that could suggest pregnancy), then the spotting could also suggest possibility of implantation bleeding. Wait and watch for your next periods. Look out for development of any other new symptoms.
Take care.
