okay, so i'm 4 days late on my period, an i normall start regularly between the 16th-18th never late and now i'm 4 days late. and i've been constipated, and have been having small pains in abdominal area, and have been having heartburn with everything i eat.. is it too early to take a test? or know that i am pregnant?

No, it's not too early to test. If you normally have regular periods, then you can test even a day after missing your periods. If you have missed four days, do take a test. However, menstrual cycle can delay by 7-10 days once in a while for no reason. So, repeat after a week if the test is negative. Hope this helps. Take care!
