Q: 48 days late - neg preg test

I came off the pill in Nov and been trying to get pregnant ever since. My periods have been very irratic - 46, 49, 44 & 34 days. I'm currently on day 48 (no siogn of period coming)but feel terrible. Severe pains in tummy, nausea, sore boobs, very tired & cranky (so my husband tells me). Please help me what to do. All pregnancy test are neg.
