14 days late for period clear white discharge negative HPT

Hi i am new here and was hoping for some advice and opinions. I usually get my period 17th of every month like clock work. Last Month it was 3 days late but eventually came. This month it still has not arrived i am over 14 days late. I have clear white discharge and lower cramping, i ahve taken a HPT but negative. Am i pregnant ???? Please help!!!!!!
