Currently I am 13-14 days late for my period. I had my last cycle on December 21, and should have started around the 19 of January.. I have taken 7 pregnancy tests which have all come out negative. I feel sharp pains in my lower stomach every now and then but have had dull pain pretty regularly. Could I really be pregnant?

I am going to my ob/gyn tomorrow for a blood test.. will they do an ultrasound also??

Welcome to ehealthforum,
The abdominal cramps could be due to exaggerated form of Braxton Hick’s contraction. If pregnancy is suspected, visit your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Ultrasound scan done will help to know if pregnancy is intrauterine or ectopic along with confirmation of gestational age and viability. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
