Hi,
Welcome back to ehealthforum,
Thanks for the repeat query,
Declining HCG levels show that the pregnancy is not viable. Follow the instructions given by your treating doctor/gynecologist and start with the prescription medication given. If pregnancy is not viable, then this will help you to start with your periods and expel the uterine contents. If the pregnancy is viable, it will not induce bleeding. After you have your withdrawal bleeding/periods, make sure to have an ultrasound scan done to ensure that the uterine cavity is empty. If the bleeding is prolonged or if the ultrasound scan shows retained products inside the uterus, you will need to have a D&C procedure done to clean up the uterus and stop the bleeding. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
