Q: 12 days late and pregnancy tested neg

Okay, this is my situation. I was supposed to start the Tue, 13th of May. I test a week later on Wed. Tested negative. I tested again on Saturday, the 24th because my partner wanted to see the result. Still negative, but oddly the test I kept in my car in my center console and earlier today I just looked at it because I'm way into movies and the test always changes when your not lookin. And there was a faint line in the middle of the negative sign to make it positive. I asked my cousin 'cause she pregnant and she told me the it's very rare to get a false positive which I already knew, just false negatives. and she told me to test again and I was just wondering if a test REALLY does change after you read the results after your supposed to.
For instance, if you're not pregnant, you don't have high hCG. You're pregnant, you do. So, if you're not pregnant why would it change to positive if there isn't a sufficient amount to change it anyway. You think it just takes a little longer for a test to detect hCG?

Main question: AM I PREGNANT?? And where or what doctor should I see to get blood work to confirm it? I don't have a family doctor or anything.

If you read the instructions on the package the readings on a test are NOT accurate after (I think it says 30 minutes or so but im not sure). Meaning your previous negative might have added lines, or your negative line may fade etc. I think if it was negative at first it was more then likely negative and just changed after sitting in your car.
I would get a blood test set up and maybe in the meantime get one of the digital tests that say pregnant or not pregnant.
