Q: 1 day period

My period was 3 days late, then came but it only lasted 1 day, not as heavy as usual. the next day and half i had spotting, very very light. yet 2 preg. test are neg. did anyone have these symptoms and still be preg? i go for an ultrasound tomorrow to find out why i am sooooo crampy and feeling yucky
