How do you do the day one start on birth control pills? Im confused. I know on a sunday start, you take it the sunday after your period, but if its day one, and you start on a wednesday, do you still take sundays pill or do you skip sun., mon, and tuesday and start with wednesday?

You just start on Day 1, Day 1 being Wednesday.

In your package, Day 1 is usually already labelled SUNDAY. However, there should be stickers in the pack that you can be on the pre-labels. So, you could find the sticker that starts with Wednesday and put it on your package.

Make sure you take ALL the pills in the pack, so starting on Wednesday still means to take the very first pill in the pack.

Good luck! Let us know if you have any more questions!

AHH! So thats why all those stickers were in there! I kept wondering how come they were there if the actual pill pack told the day of the week on it. hehee!

Thank you so much for your response!
