Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
If your menstrual cycle is of 28 days, then your fertile period or time of egg release from ovary would lie between day 8-16 of the cycle taking day 1 as first day of bleeding. Any unprotected sexual activity that involves semen or pre-cum (pre-ejaculatory or lubrication fluid that is known to contain sperms) coming in contact with vagina/vulva can result into pregnancy. If 72 hours have not yet passed since the incidence, consider visiting your gynecologist and take emergency contraception.
Take care.
