I hit my head really hard the other night after slipping on ice. Unlike others who slip on ice, I actually hit a handrail, which impacted the front of the skull at my hairline. I have no blurred vision, pupils are the same size, but I have this dull headache that comes and goes all day long, but is never fully gone, and this is the 3rd day. I am also sensitive to light and sound, and have no history of headaches or migraines. I have no insurance and they would throw me out of the hospital if they saw my bank account. What should I do? Is it possible that I have a hemorrhage, or is it a mild concussion? Of course a diagnosis can't be 100% but any feedback would be much appreciated. I am a 25 year old male in good health.
