Hi,
Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out. There’s a high possibility of her suffering from a urinary tract infection. Hence, you should definitely take her to the ER as she’ll likely need a course of antibiotics. She should take plenty of fluids as the fluids help in flushing out the bacteria from the urinary system.

In children, there’s a risk of the urinary infection going into the kidneys called pyelonephritis and for the same she’ll need intravenous antibiotics. Please don’t delay in consulting a urologist or a pediatrician for the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
