Ovulation and Ovaries Answer A6935

The spermatozoids have to enter the vagina in order to conceive and clothes usually do not let this happen. According to the data you provided (sexual play while wearing thong), pregnancy is highly unlikely. The date of the start of your last menstruation and the length of the menstrual cycle might have been helpful to try to calculate your ovulation date.

However, since you reported that you have irregular periods and you cannot tell whether on June 15-20 you had bleeding or spotting, it is rather complicated.

If your menstrual cycle is approximately 30 days long, then the bleeding or spotting might have been mid-term bleeding or spotting. All this data might be related to a hormonal imbalance, while the reason for it has to be detected after additional examinations.

You might want to visit your gynecologist to completely reduce the chances for actual pregnancy and to have a physical examination, hormonal laboratory tests, and an ultrasound scan to check for conditions that might affect the production of hormones. The ovaries might be the most important to be examined as they produce the female sex hormones.
