Hi,
I was wondering what causes under my eyes to be dark, its been this way for years? Is it a lack of vitamin?

It could be a vitamin deficiency, such as iron.
You can ask your doctor to do a blood test to check your vitamin and mineral levels, another possibility is allergies.
