Dark cloudy urine

Why does my urine dark in color, cloudy and have such a strong odor?

Im 25 years old and currenlty not take any forms of medication. I recently stopped taking the birth control patch which was almost six months ago. But I have been having this issue with my urine for about two months now. I have no pain or discomfort before or after urination. I have tried drinking large amounts of water and cranberry juice think it could help. But at this point im starting to fear that is someting worst than what I could have emagined. Please what could be causing this issue and what should be my coarse of action? Thank you in advance.
